More Photos from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Made Public by Democratic Party US Legislators

Development plans for Epstein's secluded Caribbean island included in the released materials.

Also featured in this new image disclosure is shown to be a property layout for Great St James island, found in the American territory.

Jeffrey Epstein bought a more modest island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the larger Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

The released images suggest he had formulated development schemes to transform the substantial island by constructing residences, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a reservoir.

Visible on the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the region, indicated on the bottom right.

The site plan is marked up in red pen markings and contains a notes section identifying various parts of the property.

Accompanying this are what look to be an additional nine property layouts and engineering blueprints, such as layouts for marina coverings.

Further documentation released as part of the ongoing investigative disclosure.
